Обсуждаются возможности современных методов визуализации, таких как рентгеновская компьютерная томография, магнитно-резонансная томография, позитронная эмиссионная томография и ультразвуковая диагностика. Подробно рассмотрена информативность B-режима, допплерографических методик, эластографии и контрастного усиления в ультразвуковой оценке измененных периферических лимфатических узлов при лимфоме. Также освещены возможности ультразвуковой эластографии и ультразвукового исследования с контрастным усилением в оценке эффективности лечения лимфом с поражением периферических лимфатических узлов.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The paper provides the review of main methods of diagnosis and treatment response evaluation of lymphoma. The value of current imaging techniques, such as computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging, positron emission tomography, and ultrasound, is discussed. The presented data reflect the value of ultrasound in the evaluation of altered superficial lymph nodes in lymphoma using B-mode, Doppler ultrasound, elastography, and contrast-enhanced ultrasound.
