Болезнь мойамойа - хроническое заболевание сосудов головного мозга неизвестной этиологии, характеризующееся стенозами и окклюзиями внутричерепных сегментов внутренних сонных артерий и проксимальных сегментов артерий основания головного мозга с развитием сети коллатеральных сосудов. Наибольшая распространенность данной патологии среди детей в возрасте около 10 лет и взрослых 30-45 лет. Клиническая картина как у детей, так и у взрослых преимущественно представлена симптомами ишемии головного мозга и транзиторными ишемическими атаками. Не смот ря на основную роль в диагностике данного заболевания других методов лучевой диаг ностики, знание особенностей ультразвуковой картины болезни мойамойа может быть полезным врачам, проводящим ультразвуковое исследование сосудов, так как именно они чаще всего выполняют первичное обследование сосудистой системы головного мозга.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents the literature review, focused on moyamoya disease ultrasound criteria and own clinical case description. Moyamoya disease is a chronic, occlusive cerebrovascular disease of unknown etiology, characterized by progressive stenosis at terminal part of internal carotid artery and an abnormal vascular network at the brain base. The prevalence peak of moyamoya disease is among children aged about 10 years old and adults 30-45 years old. Ischemic symptoms including transient ischemic attacks are the most important clinical manifestation in both children and adults.
