Обсуждаются характер контрастирования по отношению к трем сосудистым фазам и система LI-RADS. Описана методология проведения исследования, включая настройки ультразвукового оборудования и дозировку ультразвуковых контрастных препаратов. Указаны артефакты, возникающие при ультразвуковом исследовании печени с контрастным усилением, такие как фоновый шум, акустические тени, псевдоусиление. Обсуждены причины их возникновения, способность влияния на интерпретацию результатов, способы устранения. В обзоре представлен собственный иллюстративный материал.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The role of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in the diagnosis of different malignant (hepatocellular carcinoma, cholangiocarcinoma, liver metastases) and benign (hemangioma, focal nodular hyperplasia, hepatocellular adenoma) focal liver lesions was shown in the literature review. The enhancement patterns of lesions in different vascularphases and LI-RADS algorithm were discussed. Contrast-enhanced ultrasound methodology (ultrasound equipment settings and ultrasound contrast agent dosage) and artifacts (background noise, acoustic shadows, and pseudo amplification) were described.
