Было обследовано 62 человека (36 мужчин и 26 женщин) в возрасте от 31 до 59 лет, из них 28 пациентов с артериальной гипертензией степени I при отсутствии медикаментозного лечения. При тканевой импульсноволновой допплерографии были получены статистически значимые различия между параметрами раннего (Еа) и позднего (Аа) диастолического движения, отношения раннего к позднему движению (Еа/Аа) медиальной и латеральной частей кольца трикуспидального клапана, ускорения пика раннего диастолического движения латеральной части трикуспидального кольца (AR) (P &lt; 0,05). При анализе деформационных свойств правого желудочка при эхокардиографии в режиме speckle tracking у больных артериальной гипертензией было получено статистически значимое снижение параметров максимального значения деформации (S) и пиковой продольной скорости в фазу раннего диастолического наполнения (V Е) (модулей).</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The aim of the study was right ventricle strain and displacement comparative evaluation with the use of speckle tracking echocardiography and pulse-wave tissue Doppler imaging in patients with arterial hypertension and healthy individuals. A total of 62 patients (36 men and 26 women) aged 31 to 59 years were included in to the study. 28 of them were untreated patients with arterial hypertension stage I. Significant differences between the groups were obtained in early (Ea) and late (Aa) diastolic movement velocities of tricuspid annulus lateral and medial segments, their ratios (Ea/Aa), and Ea acceleration rate of tricuspid annulus lateral segment (P &lt; 0.05).
