Однако возникают трудности диагностики при нечеткой картине. Рассматривается случай применения ультразвукового контрастного препарата Соновью при проведении эхокардиографии в дифференциальной диагностике некомпактного миокарда. 24-летний пациент имел жалобы на кардиалгию неясного генеза. На этом фоне определялись неспецифические ЭКГ-изменения в передне-перегородочной области, сомнительные признаки некомпактного миокарда по данным эхо-кардиографии. При магнитно-резонансной томографии сердца с контрастированием достоверных признаков некомпактности не выявлено. Выполнена эхокардиография с контрастным усилением, которая позволила исключить данную патологию. Случай демонстрирует эффективность применения ультразвукового контрастного препарата для оптимизации изображения эндокарда и структуры левого желудочка.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Noncompacted myocardium is a rare genetic cardiomyopathy with specific echocardiographic signs. A case of differential diagnosis of noncompacted myocardium with the use of contrast-enhanced echocardiography (SonoVue, Bracco, Italy) is presented. 24-year-old man had complaints on cardiac chest pain of unknown genesis, ECG with non-specific T wave abnormalities, and suspicion of noncompacted myocardium according to echocardiography. Contrast-enhanced MRI showed a controversial signs of noncompacted myocardium. Contrast-enhanced echocardiography was performed and allowed to exclude this pathology.
