Представлены обзор литературы и собственное наблюдение успешной ультразвуковой диагностики сочетания врожденной левосторонней диафрагмальной грыжи с легочным секвестром в 33 нед беременности. Описаны эхографические признаки данной патологии. Указывается, что прогноз для новорожденных при наличии данного порока является сомнительным. Отмечается, что в ряде случаев секвестр легкого может являться барьером для смещения органов брюшной полости в случае дефекта диафрагмы.

The case of congenital diaphragmatic hernia combined with pulmonary sequestration diagnosed on prenatal ultrasound (33 weeks’ gestation) was described. Ultrasound signs were analyzed. Sometimes pulmonary sequestration can play a role of protector, preventing herniation of abdominal organs. Literature review was also presented.
