В первом наблюдении использование ультразвукового исследования печени с контрастным усилением позволило выявить множественные метастазы нейроэндокринной опухоли поджелудочной железы, которые не были видны при рутинном серошкальном исследовании. Во втором и третьем наблюдениях (метастазы в печени при раке прямой кишки) применение ультразвукового контрастного препарата не позволило выявить новые очаги. Ультразвуковое исследование с контрастным усилением в клинической практике является перспективным методом диагностики невизуализируемых при рутинном исследовании очаговых образований печени.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Results of contrast enhanced ultrasound in 3 patients with liver metastases are presented. The first case presents data of contrast enhanced ultrasound in diagnosis of multiple metastases of neuroendocrine pancreatic tumor which were not visualized in B-mode.
