Эхокардиография с исследованием движения фиброзного кольца митрального клапана в режиме тканевой допплерографии была проведена 50 пациентам с Дталассемией и 47 условно здоровым детям от 2 до 16 лет. У пациентов с β-талассемией были достоверно выше конечно-систолический и конечно-диастолический диаметры левого желудочка, индексы конечно-систолического и конечно-диастолического объемов левого желудочка, индекс массы миокарда левого желудочка, диаметр левого предсердия, сердечный индекс, скорости трансмитрального кровотока (Е и А), диастолические скорости движения фиброзного кольца митрального клапана (е’ и а’) и отношение Е/е’ (P &lt; 0,05 для всех сравнений). Фракция выброса левого желудочка была достоверно ниже по сравнению с контрольной группой (P &lt; 0,05). Для повышения точности эхокардиографии в ранней диагностике нарушения функции сердца у пациентов с β-талассемией необходима разработка нормальных для β-талассемии референсных значений фракции выброса и фракции укорочения левого желудочка, а также показателей диастолической функции левого желудочка. Оценка строения и функции сердца должна выполняться в центрах, имеющих опыт работы с больными β-талассемией, и учитывать особенности гемодинамики при хронической анемии.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Aim of the study - early left ventricular morphometry and function changes assessment in children with β-thalassemia. Echocardiography including tissue Doppler imaging analysis of the diastolic velocities of the mitral annulus motion was done to 50 children with β-thalassemia and 47 healthy children from 2 to 16 years old. Patients with β-thalassemia had significantly higher left ventricular end-systolic and end-diastolic diameters, left ventricular end-systolic and end-diastolic volume indexes, left ventricular myocardial mass index, left atrial diameter, cardiac index, transmitral diastolic velocities (Е and А), diastolic velocities of the mitral annulus motion (е’ and а’), and ratio Е/е’ in compare with the control group (P &lt; 0.05 for all comparisons).
