В данной статье представлены особенности эхокардиографического исследования у пациентов после ТИАК. Описаны нюансы визуальной оценки расположения и формы протеза после ТИАК. Представлен расчет гемодинамических характеристик протеза, учитывающий важные методические аспекты у пациентов после ТИАК, а также особенности количественной оценки внутрипротезных и парапротезных регургитационных потоков.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Current guidelines for patients after transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI) recommend a multiparametric echocardiographic assessment to detect structural valve disorders (SVD). The article highlights the specific features of echocardiographic evaluation post-TAVI. It describes the nuances of visual assessment regarding the prosthesis position and shape.
