Исследованы 2 группы по 19 человек (32 мужчины и 6 женщин) в возрасте от 20 до 57 лет. Среди них 28 пациентов с установленным диагнозом “хронический панкреатит” и 10 здоровых добровольцев. Диагноз и признаки хронического панкреатита были верифицированы по данным компьютерной томографии с болюсным контрастированием и при гистологическом исследовании резецированной во время оперативного вмешательства ткани поджелудочной железы. Обработка результатов измерений проводилась с помощью статистического метода полного факторного эксперимента. При этом в качестве факторов рассмотрены такие основные признаки хронического панкреатита, как фиброз, псевдокисты и кальцинаты. Использование полного факторного эксперимента позволило сделать важные выводы относительно возможностей метода ультразвуковой эластометрии. Выявлены основные признаки хронического панкреатита и их сочетания, оказывающие наибольшее влияние на жесткость поджелудочной железы.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Aim of the study was to investigate by ultrasound point shear wave elastography different parts of pancreas in chronic pancreatitis. Two groups consisted of 19 patients in each of them (32 men and 6 women) aged from 20 up to 57 years old were examined. 28 patients were with chronic pancreatitis and 10 volunteers were healthy. Chronic pancreatitis was verified by contrast enhanced computed tomography and morphological examination of resected pancreatic tissue. Fibrosis, pseudocysts, and calcifications were considered as main signs of chronic pancreatitis for multiple factor analysis.
