Обсуждаются клиническая картина заболевания, возможности визуализирующих методов диагностики. Описан клинический случай диффузной инфантильной формы гемангиомы печени у ребенка 3 мес. Дана развернутая ультразвуковая картина заболевания с использованием допплерографических технологий и точечной эластографии сдвиговой волной. Представлены признаки нарушения артериального и венозного висцерального кровотока, характерные для данной формы сосудистой опухоли. Результаты ультразвукового исследования соотнесены с данными компьютерной томографии с контрастным усилением и ангиографии. Показана положительная динамика после рентгенэндоваскулярного вмешательства и консервативной терапии, проявившаяся в нормализации серошкальной, допплерографической и эластографической картины.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Literature review describing infantile hepatic hemangioma and modern view on the morphological and histological classification of vascular liver lesions is presented in the article. Case of diffuse infantile hepatic hemangioma in 3 month old child is described. Ultrasound with doppler and point shear wave elastography is used. Characteristics of arterial and venous visceral blood flow disorders in case of this type of vascular tumor are given. Ultrasound results are compared with contrast-enhanced computed tomography and angiography.
