Представлен случай пренатальной ультразвуковой диагностики аневризмы супраренального отдела брюшной аорты в сроке 31 нед беременности. Верификация диагноза в неонатальном периоде при КТ- ангиографии. Ребенку в возрасте одного года проведена успешная плановая операция. В статье дан обзор литературы, в котором обсуждены вопросы классификации, этиологии, патоморфологии, лечения аневризм брюшной аорты. Представлены 16 случаев диагностики аневризм брюшной аорты (помимо данного наблюдения) в антенатальном, неонатальном и грудном возрасте, среди них 7 - в сроке 21-34 нед гестации.

Prenatal diagnosis of suprarenal abdominal aortic aneurism is described. Aneurism was diagnosed at 31 week of gestation. Verification of diagnosis was done at neonatal period by CT-angiography. One year old child was successfully operated on. In literature review classifications, etiology, pathomorphology, and treatment of abdominal aortic aneurisms are discussed. 16 cases of abdominal aortic aneurism diagnostics (except this case) at antenatal, neonatal, and infant period are presented (7 cases among 16 were at 21-34 weeks of gestation).
