Как быстро растет миксома левого предсердия по данным ультразвукового исследования. Клиническое наблюдение и обзор литературы

Abstract

Эхокардиография представляет собой основной способ диагностики первичных опухолей сердца, среди которых самыми частыми являются миксомы. Вслед за обнаружением миксомы сердца обычно следует ее хирургическое удаление для того, чтобы избежать эмболических осложнений. В связи с этим сообщений о документированном наблюдении за ростом миксом в литературе немного. В статье представлено наблюдение за пациентом с миксомой левого предсердия, которая на протяжении 2 лет и 5 мес выросла до гигантских размеров с развитием обструкции левого атриовентрикулярного отверстия и была успешно удалена хирургически. Скорость роста миксомы в представленном наблюдении составила 2,3 мм в месяц и была близка к медиане скорости роста миксом по данным литературы, которая составляет около 3 мм в месяц.
